Implementation of Teacher Career Development in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri

چکیده

This study describes how to implement teacher career development at MAN Batu Bara. The objectives of this are: (1) To determine the Career Development Planning teachers Bara, (2) implementation Teacher Program (3) Evaluation approach in was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection obtained by means observation, interviews, and documentation studies. analysis used data reduction techniques, presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. Checking or checking validity techniques credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. findings revealed three findings, namely: for Bara madrasas, namely planning proposing names who will be promoted rank class. Meanwhile, what is done preparing certain conditions promotion class, compiling proposal file compiled recommended head Madrasa, as well through examination files Madrasah. supervisor physical documents components credit score assessment teachers, conducts self-evaluation looking success students subjects also madrasa every year which called employee work target (SKP).
